A second bedroom features two full beds with direct bathroom access, while a cozy bonus room with built-in bunk beds and a TV serves as the perfect spot for kids. With an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this spacious condo comfortably accommodates a group of eight to ten guests.<br />

This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas.<br />
<br />
The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife.<br />

<strong>Parking: </strong>&nbsp; Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation. &nbsp;One designated space is covered, and the others are uncovered in the open lot. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />

<strong>Food: </strong>&nbsp; For groceries, you&rsquo;re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. &nbsp;Dining options near Gulf Dunes are varied and accessible. Stewby&rsquo;s Seafood Shanty is a popular spot for fresh seafood located directly across the street. Other nearby choices include Old Bay Steamer for steamed platters and The Gulf, which offers outdoor seating and bay views. For Italian cuisine, Vincenzo&rsquo;s Italian Bistro is a short distance away, and The Shack provides a classic waterfront setting for local seafood.<br />
<br />
<strong>Beach Service: </strong>&nbsp;One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. &nbsp;The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. &nbsp;You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. &nbsp;Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. &nbsp;Private chairs and canopies up to 10&#39;x10&#39; are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
<strong>Pool: </strong>&nbsp;There are two ocean-side gated pools at this resort which are open year-round. &nbsp;Pools are typically heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.&nbsp;</span></div>
