With three bedrooms and two baths, the unit sleeps eight guests. The master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access. A second king guest room and a dedicated bunk room provide an ideal layout for families. After a day at the beach, relax with one of the four flat-screen TVs or use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a meal.<br />

The resort is well-positioned for both relaxation and local activities. You are a three-minute drive from the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, which features dining, shopping, and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. For more action, the Destin Harbor is located just seven miles away. A ten-minute drive across the bridge puts you in the center of fishing charters, sunset cruises, and the harbor boardwalk. Families are also close to Wild Willy&rsquo;s Adventure Zone, which offers mini-golf and an arcade.<br />

<strong>Parking:</strong> &nbsp; Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is allowed with each reservation.&nbsp; Covered spaces are as available, and we ask that you only use one covered space per reservation.&nbsp; Open parking is provided for additional vehicles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

For full grocery hauls, you&rsquo;re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or &nbsp;nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. &nbsp;Local dining options are just a short distance from the property. The Gulf is a popular waterfront spot built from shipping containers, known for its fresh seafood and outdoor seating. Stewby&rsquo;s Seafood Shanty is a local favorite for affordable fish tacos, while Asiago&rsquo;s Skillet is the go-to choice for breakfast. For a casual meal with a view, Rockin Tacos sits right on the beach, and Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters. Sea Dunes provides a central location to enjoy the best of the coast. &nbsp;<br />

<strong>Beach Service:</strong> &nbsp;One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. &nbsp;The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. &nbsp;You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. &nbsp;Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. &nbsp;Private chairs and canopies up to 10&#39;x10&#39; are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
<strong>Pool:</strong> &nbsp;There is one small private beachfront pool and hot tub with lounge chairs available to use. &nbsp; Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.&nbsp;</span></div>
