When you are ready to retire after a day of play, this home offers three beautiful primary suites, all located on the main floor of the home.   Upstairs, the bunk room and fifth and final guest room both share the fourth full bath, as well as a kid-friendly loft with comfy seating; a sanctuary perfect for your younger travelers.  A spacious office space completes the second floor space.

Whether it’s playing an incredible round of golf or skiing the powdered slopes of nearby Northstar, Schaffer’s Mill is the backdrop for a lifetime of memories.

Start the perfect summer day playing 18 holes or riding along the Truckee River on the nearby bike path. End the day with a sunset sail on Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, less than 15 minutes south of Schaffer’s Mill.

In the winter, you’re just minutes from Northstar California, offering world class skiing and snowboarding for all ages and ability levels. The resort also boasts a public ice rink and a variety of apres-ski and dining options. Right around the corner, you’ll enjoy the quaint charm of Downtown Truckee with its restaurants, shops, cultural events and much more for you and your family.

2. Up to 3 vehicles parking. No parking allowed on the street year-round. 
3. Access to Schaffer's Mill Amenities is restricted to Schaffer's Mill Members and their guests only.
4. Neighborhood Construction. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
