Tall Pines Lodge is the ideal mountain getaway for families seeking modern accommodations and easy access to all Northstar has to offer including the in demand door-to-door shuttle service!!!!  After the chairlifts have stopped spinning travelers can spend evenings at the family friendly Village or venture 15 minutes away toward downtown Truckee for amazing restaurants, local boutiques and groceries.   

Upon entering, you'll head upstairs where the open floor plan is warm and inviting and the wrap-around sofa surrounding the gas fireplace will keep you cozy and warm during those cool High Sierra evenings.  This floor enjoys vaulted ceilings and pine wood wall accents and no shortage of seating options for your crowd. The kitchen has all that you need with lots of counterspace on a granite countertop. The chef in the family will appreciate the Thermador stovetop and stainless steel fridge. Located on the same level, you will find the spacious primary king suite with it's own TV an en-suite bath.

Down one floor, the entry level of the home has 3 additional guest rooms. The first bedroom provides a king bed with an en-suite bath while further down the hall you will find 2 guest rooms each with a queen bed.  A full bath is and laundry area complete the space.  Young ones require their own living space?  Not a problem.  On the lowest level, you will find a comfortable family room with a large Flat Screen TV, board games, and access to the private back yard perfect for a small snow play area.  Large groups will appreciate additional sleeping spaces with and twin over twin daybed.

The outdoor area features a picnic table and horseshoe pit. For summer use, there is ample outdoor seating for dinners under the stars and lounging in the sun during the day. For those traveling in the winter, this home also features a heated driveway. This makes snowmelt a breeze and avoids the need for the traditional full driveway snow removal service. 

Convenience, comfort, and close proximity to the Northstar Village and Ski Resort make this property a great home base for ski trips and mountain getaways.
