This tranquil vacation rental is the perfect retreat for the modern-day traveler with a comfortable relaxed layout, modern décor, and a multitude of sleeping arrangements. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe you will have easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and the nearby mountain communities of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

As you approach the house, you'll notice that it's situated for privacy, with the main level located on the second story above the two-car garage.  Upon entering, you will find a bright and welcoming living area with cozy seating and a flat screen tv.  Around the corner, an updated kitchen is fully outfitted for making meals at home easy and fun.  But the main attraction will be the array of windows that beckon you out to deck, sun-filled and ready for summer BBQs.  You can even find peek a boo lake views from between the trees too!

Surprisingly, this modestly sized vacation cabin provides four comfortable guest rooms.  Upstairs two spacious guest rooms share a full bath between them while the main floor houses the bunk room, queen bedroom and another full bath.  

This house has a two-car garage which becomes a must-have in the winter months. In the summer, you may opt to park outdoors to take advantage of the ping pong table stored in the garage for safe keeping.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.

In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.
