About the Home: Sun Valley Lodge is a beautifully designed home, fully equipped to give you the mountain experience year-round. Step out back from the luxurious living room and kitchen area and within a few feet you'll see a hot tub with a full view of the forest, lit up by the elegant Tahoe Sky. Other fun outdoor activities are never far, staying at this home means you'll be within just a 30-minute drive to Lake Tahoe as well as world-famous ski resorts such as Palisades at Tahoe, Boreal, and Northstar.  

Welcome Home!  As you pass by the hallway and two downstairs bedrooms, towards the living room, you'll notice a spacious kitchen that looks out towards the TV room and Fireplace area to allow whoever's cooking to not miss out on any fun. Sitting down in our living room will instantly make you feel relaxed as the living room was designed with massive windows throughout the room to allow you to take in the beautiful view that is right outside the home. Just on the other side of the back sliding glass door is a hot tub with no overhang, to make for the best views of the stars.
The 2nd-level of this home has the master bedroom. This beautiful and spacious room comes with a king-sized bed, a private patio, and a full shower and bathtub inside the master bathroom. And for those of you that need to catch up on work, the den/office upstairs will offer the peace and quiet to get your work done fast, so you can go enjoy family on your favorite Tahoe activities. 

LOCATION/AMENITIES
Tahoe Donner Ski resort is only 3 minutes away, the clubhouse is about 5 minutes away, Northstar and Squaw Valley are within 30 minutes drive, and plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and walking.
Our Sun Valley Lodge home is a great property to spend your summer as well as your winter vacations, Tahoe Donner Association gives you access to the clubhouse that has 2 swimming pools (a heated lap pool open year-round and a big pool open in summer only), 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a cardio and a weight room. There is also a golf course and tennis courts only a few minutes drive from the house as well as a private association beach on the east end of Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner has a ski resort as well that's available for your enjoyment, especially great if you have children. 
Summer Activities Include: Golf, Horseback Riding, Hike and Mountain Bike Tours, Bocce Ball, and Archery.
Winter Activities are Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing, Tubing, and sledding.
Each eligible property is issued two guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Guest cards only allow for up to 4 guests per card.   Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary from activity to activity. Children 6 and under are free.

We recommend a 4WD or AWD when traveling to Tahoe in the winter, chains are a requirement.
