Participate in cooking demonstrations and taste an incredible selection of oysters prepared by the nation’s hottest chefs including Martie Duncan (Food Network Star), Cory Bahr (Food Network Star), Rob McDaniel (5x James Beard Award Semifinalist), Adam Evans and many more.
Enjoy live music by music stars, while sipping on craft beers and Bloody Marys.
Over 40 chefs will prepare oysters in three categories (Cajun, Rockefeller, Create Your Own Raw) and you have the chance to taste them all. Still not enough oysters for you? Discover your favorite variety at the North American Raw Oyster Bar, featuring curated oysters from across the continent.
Admission to the Oyster Cook-Off.asting tickets are available for purchase to use in exchange for oysters. Pre-sale tasting ticket booklets are available.

Shucking oysters is truly an art. Watch along as restaurants compete for the title of fastest oyster shucker on Saturday, November 5th.
FRIDAY’S CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL
This all-inclusive event, presented by This is Alabama, features a souvenir cup, unlimited craft beer tastings and live music. Dozens of beers will be featured from breweries such as Oskar Blues, Good People, Abita, Big Beach Brewing, Kona Brewing and Avondale Brewing.
