The two-day event begins with chef and vintner dinners in private homes throughout Southwest Florida and concludes with a Grand Tasting and Auction the following day. This renowned and prestigious two-day festival features uniquely themed Chef Vintner Dinners held at private venues throughout Southwest Florida. The Grand Tasting features delights from more than a dozen of the region’s finest chefs along with signature wines from California, Oregon and other popular European wine regions. Proceeds benefit the SWFL Children’s Charities, Inc.
The Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest is the signature event of SWFL Children’s Charities Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides funding to charities serving local children. This event is one of the most successful fundraising event in Lee County and one of the top wine fests in the country.
SWFL Children’s Charities is dedicated to saving children’s lives by supporting the region’s growing pediatric health care system. Since 2008, SWFL Children’s Charities has been raising funds to support critical pediatric healthcare needs throughout the region including funds to help dozens of organizations serving our children in healthcare, hunger, mental health, education and more
