I loved my cabin and will definitely be back again. I wouldn't change a thing. The Fireplace was so awesome on a cool night. The hot tub was clean and warm and the view was amazing. (The only thing I would have enjoyed would have been a fold out luggage rack, I don't really like to put my suitcase on a clean bedspread).

The cabin was beautiful. It enhanced our visit tremendously. The only downfall is the shower head had very low water pressure, which made for longer than normal showers. We will be back.

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The views were great! We enjoyed playing all the games and watching the fireworks each night. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This was our third time staying with Timber Tops and we will be back!

Loved the cabin...exactly what we needed. When we had an issue with the hot tub it was fixed in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone and will be back for another stay!!!

Very good experience as usual. Only thing, we did Not get the text of the code to get in the cabin, But we made a call into the office when we arrived in town and it was quickly given to us. We will return in the Fall and we plane to contact your office again for that stay as well.

Very nice cabin. This was the first time we came as a couple, usually we have a reunion with friends. Really enjoyed our stay. Had a hard time on Saturday with ice on the hill,but the associate on duty sent a driver out with salt and helped everyone get to their cabins. Thank you so much for service above and beyond. Everything was great! We would have rated five stars but the directions to the cabin were inaccurate and we wasted a lot of time trying to find it. It was very nice that Shannon, the manager, met us at the church and drove us to the cabin. We loved the cabin and will definitely come back.

As always, the staff was very helpful and nice. They went above and beyond from reservation to check in. My cabin was fantastic and made me comfortable the entire trip. I only had 2 issues that were minor but could help improve the experience. 1) The hot tub water was slightly murky and needed to be flushed. 2) The shower head needs to be replaced. Both of these are minor issues and easily correctable and would not impact me staying in the cabin again. I hope to stay with y'all again in December once I see what specials are available. Just like my many previous stays, I thank you for a wonderful experience.

Rug in living room sure looked liked it hadn't been swept when we arrived. Noticed several cobwebs. We did enjoy the cabin. Drain in shower not draining very fast. ...might want to take a look at it.

Love the cabin. Very clean and love the ease of calling in to check in. Your map could use some improvement. Not user friendly at all. We didn't get much sleep on Friday or Sat. The cabin directly above us was so LOUD!! Both nights they finally settled down around 2:00 am. Remind guests that there voices carry in the mtns and to be respectful of neighbors.

The cabin was great. The view awesome!! Really the only other thing to make it better, would've been directions to the cabin. We picked up the map taped to the office door 1 am Thursday morning. Their is no way, we would've found the cabin, but using GPS I searched the street and managed to find the cabin. The cabin's address: 2309 Fox Berry Way, actually shows up on GPS and took us directly there during our stay. We had a great time, service was excellent.

Mountain Charm was an amazing getaway place for our anniversary. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and my favorite place was the porch with the hot tub, rocking chairs, and table where we could spend time enjoying the beautiful view. Can't wait to come back again sometime.

Great! We enjoyed the fantastic view, the clean cabin, and even got to use many of the kitchen utensils. Noticed only minor things such as the pool table being too close to the walls to use and missing hand soap in one of the bathrooms, but we were impressed nonetheless!

Cabin was very nice. Everything worked. One complaint- they only give you 1 set of towels in each bathroom. 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel. We stayed for 3 nights. More towels would have been nice. Everything else was great!

Everything was awesome and what we expected. We have no negative comments. We just thought that as a help to the visitor there was a list of what was going to be there and what wasn't. ie. salt and pepper, coffee filters, no food in the refrigerator, towels, stuff like that. just so you don't have to make a trip down the mountain and can get what you need on the way up. Just a thought. Don't worry WE will be back! THANKS

Cabin was nice and as portrayed on the website. Map to cabin could be reworked a touch, especially with turn to Windy Lane, due to the numerous amount of signage at that intersection. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues that we reported but they didn't affect our trip. Very comfortable cabin, view was also very nice. Convenient to town and kitchen stocked well enough for a couple simple meals. Was disappointed that wine shown in ALL the Timber Top cabins on their website wasn't waiting for us upon arrival, guess you have to bring your own, lol. Neat layout, would def look to book this cabin again on a future trip!

Really loved the cabin. It seemed smaller than the pictures on the website. The view was excellent, loved the sunset. Not enough room to play pool in the loft. Could not play electronic darts as they would not stick in dartboard. Everything else was great!

This was our third stay with Timber Tops. We always enjoy our trip. This time we were disappointed that our fire place was broken. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and if we had known, would really have loved switching to another cabin.
