As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers tons of space with this split floorplan set up where you can find 2 of the queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath on the left side, den/office with sleeper couch near the entrance and the main bedroom on the right side with king size bedrooms and En-suite bathroom giving your family ample of space.<br />
The home has great views of a magnificent western exposure facing canal guaranteeing amazing sunsets but still being in the center of great conveniences. Welcome to Paradise.<br />
This location offers a speedy drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.<br />

Bailey Rose can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up (8 if you include the sleeper couch in the den).<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities with many unique deign accents. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.&nbsp;<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.<br />

There is a seawall great for hanging out or for canal fishing.<br />
