Breezy Palms is a large three bedroom with den and two full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable NW Cape. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.<br />
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 55 minutes to Florida International Airport.<br />
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.<br />
Breezy Palms features unique d&eacute;cor; with a split floor plan, a&nbsp; living rooms, a den and a formal relaxing area as well as nook dining space. The home is fitting for an extended family with two rooms featuring queen size beds, and the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The den offers a pull out sleeper couch if needed and desk for working.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests possibly 8 (including the sleeper couch) with this comfortable set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.<br />
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and nook area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.<br />
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.<br />

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peace and watching the fish or boats drive by. &nbsp;<br />
