Cape Vista opens up with a split floor plan. Upon Entering the home, you will be welcomed to a large open living space, semi private den with comfortable couches, kitchen and formal dining space. The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the 2 guest suites are located on the other side of the house sharing an upgraded bathroom with a shower tub combo.&nbsp;<br />
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.<br />

Cape Vista features beautiful modern but airy d&eacute;cor, that&nbsp;can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.<br />
