La Vida Loca is a three bedroom and 2 bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants and to one of the main roads, if you are enjoying the Florida lifestyle but being in the heart of great amenities, you have come to the right place. 
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport. 
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. 
La Vida Loca features fresh and updated beachy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king-size bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. 
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up. 
The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the home, featuring a split floorplan with the other two bedrooms on the left side. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. 
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. 
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. 
 
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. This western facing home guarantees to not disappoint the sun lovers.   
La Vida Loca truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
