This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.<br />

Villa Rosegarden features beautiful modern but airy d&eacute;cor, with a separate glass office structure and a fantastic outdoor lounge as well as outdoor BBQ area and kitchen.<br />
There is an outdoor kitchen available, although the built in BBQ is locked up for owner use only** a separate stand alone BBQ is provided for our guests.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room dining area and island offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.<br />
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.&nbsp;<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.<br />
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.<br />

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, lounge chaises and cooking outside in the build in kitchen with BBQ station with its tropical landscape surrounding the home for privacy.<br />
