This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.<br />

Vida del Aqua features comfortable d&eacute;cor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two Queen size beds and one King size bed.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this relaxed set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious design with a great floor plan that combines the large kitchen with its island, living room and dining room in one great open space.&nbsp;<br />
Upon entering the home, you are in the center of the home. The hallway offers privacy for the 3 bedrooms as they are located on the right side of the home. Sliding doors open to the covered lanai with a great pool. The southern facing pool with its boat dock offers plenty of space for fishing or water animals watching.<br />
&nbsp;Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.<br />
