The downstairs main bedroom features a wing with his and her walk-in closets, large bathroom suite with walk in shower and garden tub as well as separate sinks and a separate toilet. The downstairs main bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-out access to the pool area and patio.<br />

The upstairs main king bedroom provides also a wing with two walks in closets, large bathroom suite with walk in shower and garden tub and dual sinks. The suite offers access to the upstairs balcony with amazing views of the canal and Caloosahatchee River, lounge area and sunbathing options. A desk and TV are also set up for you to use.<br />

In addition, the upstairs features a game room with a foosball table, couches to relax and watch TV, bar with fridge and walk out to the oversized balcony that offers seating and lounges for evening drinks or sunset views.<br />
