The main bedroom suite has an&nbsp;en-suite bathroom as well as doors to access the pool area offering&nbsp;fantastic views of a magnificent southern exposure facing canal guaranteeing memorable vistas.<br />
The two guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom and are set up very comfortable.<br />
There&nbsp;is a designated laundry closet for guest usage.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests with this generous set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.&nbsp;<br />

The dock offers lounges for our guests who love to soak up the sun or enjoy fishing. You can also dock your boat and explore the many waterways and Island around southwest Florida.<br />
