Centrally located with easy access to Cape Coral&rsquo;s main roads, the home provides a peaceful waterfront retreat while keeping you close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything the area has to offer. From here, you&rsquo;re approximately 12 minutes from Matlacha, 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, depending on traffic.<br />

The Dock House comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three well-appointed bedrooms:<br />

Second Bedroom: King-size bed.<br />
Third Bedroom: Two XL twin-size beds, ideal for children, teenagers, or additional adults.<br />
The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share a full hallway bathroom, which also provides convenient access from the pool area.<br />
