Property Description

Enjoy A Seaside Sunset year-round!! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean view condo located at the SeaWinds complex with a large pool sits at the North-End of Carolina Beach just steps from the beach & Freeman Park Beach where your dog is welcome every day, all hours. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for those meals enjoyed in with ample seating at the dining room table and 2 at the bar. To be equipped with a king bed as of July 31, 2023 in the master bedroom, access to the covered balcony to observe sunsets & the natural habitat + a 36” Roku TV. The second bedroom sits on the marsh side and features a queen & twin trundle bed along with a 32” Roku TV. The living room offers additional sleeping with a queen sleeper sofa. You will also find a 52” Roku TV, and balcony access to relax in the shade.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner-Sleeps up to 7 with a max of 4 adults. 

Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property. 

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.
