● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily walk or bike to the lake, beach, & volleyball court. Alternatively, all community amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

DOG FEE:
● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

● Access to the Camelot Forest community amenities (such as the lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.

● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

● STRICTLY ENFORCED: QUIET HOURS 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times
● PETS - We allow dogs only (up to 3 per stay) with a fee per dog as noted in the listing description. Cats and other types of pets are not permitted. All dogs must be pre-screened and approved - please share detailed information during the booking process. Keep dogs off all furniture. You are required to clean up after them, both in the house and in the yard. Damages, stains, and excessive dog hair will result in additional charges.
● NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home
● NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
● NO FIREWORKS
● NO FOOD DOWN THE DRAIN - no disposal and property on septic
● ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS
● NO GLASS, PETS, LOTIONS, OILS, SOAPS, ETC. IN HOT TUB
● Replace hot tub cover after use.
● WILDLIFE - Do not leave any trash outside! Bear, raccoon, coyote, etc. live in the area and will get into the trash if left outside.
● DISHES - Wash all dishes before departure. Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher.
● TRASH - Place all trash in bags and tie tightly. The community has a dumpster site that is available for your use. Take all trash bags to the dumpsters throughout your stay and upon departure. See guidebook for more information.
● Follow all Camelot Forest community rules.
● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout.
● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules.
