● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can accommodate up to 20 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.
● The daily rate applies for up to 16 guests. Guests 17-20 will incur an additional daily rate of $50/person.

DOG FEE:
● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Lake Harmony Market, The Hub, Ahart's Market & Dollar General
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:

● 1 floodlight camera at the left side of the house near driveway
● 1 floodlight camera at the rear deck

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

By booking our home, you confirm you agree to our house rules, additional fees & completing the rental agreement.

● The guest who is booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old
● This property can accommodate up to 20 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.
● STRICT QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times, especially when enjoying the outdoor amenities.
● PETS - We allow dogs only (up to 3 per stay) with a fee per dog as noted in the listing description. Cats and other types of pets are not permitted. All dogs must be pre-screened and approved - please share detailed information during the booking process. Keep dogs off all furniture. You are required to clean up after them, both in the house and in the yard. Damages, stains, and excessive dog hair will result in additional charges.
● No unregistered guests allowed - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home
● No unapproved parties or events
● No fireworks
● Flush only toilet paper down toilets
● No glass, pets, lotions, oils, soaps, etc., in hot tub
● Replace hot tub cover after use
● Sauna - Supervise children at all times. Limit use to 15 minute sessions. Do not use if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care. Do not bring food or drink into the sauna.
● Trash - All trash must be in bags. Place the bags in the trash cans located inside the metal bear box at the street. Be sure to securely close the bear box. Do not leave any trash outside, as it will attract wild animals, including bears. Trash are collected every Monday.
● Dishes - Wash all dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
● The home borders a golf course, which is for paying golfers only. The course is monitored, and trespassing can result in fines. Please admire the view from our property rather than walking out onto the course.
● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout
● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules
