● Guests have access to the waterfall/stream at your own risk. There is no easy path down the mountain. Do not allow children near the water.

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be canceled with no refund.
● This property can host a maximum of 9 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

DOG FEE:
● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. We will request the appropriate fees once final approval is confirmed.

Guests are REQUIRED to register with Saw Creek Estates:
● MANDATORY Registration Fee per group: $53
● Additional MANDATORY $28 FEE per group for late registrations or last-minute bookings made less than 2 days prior to check-in
● A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately.
● Guests must send us a photo of their driver's license for gate access purposes
● All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.

Amenities Passes:
● (Guests under 6 years of age do not need a fob)
● Additional amenity wristbands can be purchased at the Member Services Office for $20 a day per person. (Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 9 am-4 pm)
● If the passes are damaged or lost, there will be a charge of $100 per pass for replacement.

● Access to the Saw Creek Estates community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.
● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Saw Creek Estates.

● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● hen drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
● We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid and Super Foodtown
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

By booking our home, you confirm you agree to our house rules, additional fees & completing the rental agreement.

● Must be at least 21 years old to book this property
● This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.
● QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times
● PETS - We allow dogs only (up to 3 per stay) with a fee per dog as noted in the listing description. Cats and other types of pets are not permitted. All dogs must be pre-screened and approved - please share detailed information during the booking process. Keep dogs off all furniture. You are required to clean up after them, both in the house and in the yard. Damages, stains, and excessive dog hair will result in additional charges.
● NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home
● NO UNAPPROVED PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED

● AMENITY ACCESS FOBS - The house has 6 fobs available for guest use to access community amenities. Return fobs to the same location where you found them. Missing fobs will result in additional fees to replace.
● NO FOOD DOWN THE DRAIN
● FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS
● TRASH - Do not leave trash or unattended food outside. All trash must be in bags and dropped off at the community compactor site, which is open 24/7. See the guidebook for more information. Any trash left behind may result in additional fees.
● DISHES - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
● Follow all Saw Creek Estates community rules
● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout.
● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules.
