This home is new to our inventory in 2015! The pool has a slide! We have a lot of homes with pools but this is the only slide! The pool is also fully fenced in and not directly accessible from the house - something parents of young ones ask about from time to time.
It is located on a quiet street, less than 2 miles from the wonderful Mashpee Commons (lots of restaurants, shops, bars, movie theater etc) and less than 5 miles (10 minutes) to South Cape State Park & Beach.
All the furniture (including mattresses) is brand new for 2015. note - these photos are of a house that is a work in progress. The 48" flat screen TV has not been hung yet in the living room, art is not on the walls, the dining room isn't even pictured yet, etc
BR 2 is a queen bed plus a trundle, that is why it is listed as a queen and 2 twins.
