3 Dolphin Court - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and one has a king. There's a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one has two singles. There's a hall bath with no tub. One of the bedrooms with a queen bed has a private bath with shower only (no tub). Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and blender. This property has two Satellite TVs (one in living room and one in the downstairs master bedroom) provide streaming using guest's own accounts and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three comfortable stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe on the uncovered large porch, or relax on the ground level patio in the shade, while enjoying the great waterway view and the marsh. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. This house offers KEYLESS ENTRY. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
