15 Sandpiper Drive - This sound view Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The second bedroom downstairs has two twins. There is one bathroom on the first level with a door to the hallway and to the queen bedroom. This bathroom is handicap accessible with a 27" door opening. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen. The third bedroom upstairs has two twins. The third bathroom opens to the hallway upstairs. All bathrooms have showers only (no tubs). Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi and a SMART TV in the living area. The dining room table seats six, and there are 3 stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pools. This property has keyless entry. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
