The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath and shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen, and the fifth bedroom has a king size bed. There is an additional full bath located upstairs with a shower.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three comfortable stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe on the uncovered large deck or relax on the ground level patio in the shade, while enjoying the great Jinks Creek, waterway view and the marsh. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool.
