A DIFFERENT PLACE- 278 East First Street - This oceanfront house features seven bedrooms and six and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms. One has two queen beds (streetside), one has two single beds (streetside), and there's another bedroom with a queen bed oceanside. There are two and a half baths downstairs. Upstairs, the two street side bedrooms have two queens in each, and the two oceanfront bedrooms have a queen in each. There are four bathrooms upstairs. The dining room table seats ten, and there are four chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include two hot and cold water enclosed outside showers, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, secured Wi-Fi, and a high chair and porta-crib for the little ones. With two oceanfront porches, you'll be sure to enjoy the ocean breezes and catch some sun rays.

This property does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
