154 East First Street - 7 Cs - This oceanfront house features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, there are four bedrooms and two Jack and Jill bathrooms with tubs. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two double beds, one has a double and a single, and one has two queen beds. This level has a full kitchen and living room. On the ground level, with a separate entrance, there are three bedrooms, one with a queen and the others with one double bed in each. There's also a full size kitchen, two full baths and an additional living area. Two of the ground level bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom, and one has a private bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The ground level dining area seats four and there are four stools at the kitchen bar also. Both living rooms have a TV. Cable service is not provided, but the two Smart TVs offer streaming to be accessed with guest's own accounts.

Amenities include an open, cold water shower on the walkway, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender and Wi-Fi. With a covered oceanfront deck, you can sit in the shade, relaxing in the rocking chairs, watching the dolphins in the waves while drinking your morning coffee or enjoying our famous OIB sunsets in the evenings. You can also enjoy some sun, and work on the great tan you want to take back home, since part of the oceanfront deck is uncovered. Another great extra in this house full of "extras" is the close proximity to the center of town, being .8 miles from the pier, should you wish to go for a walk, have some ice cream after dinner, go miniature golfing or go to the arcade or museum.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

The golf cart outlet is on the street side at garage under the stairs.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
