Welcome to your dream vacation home! This stunning second-row house is perfect for families looking to create lasting memories. With five bedrooms and five private baths, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully decorated and spacious living area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms. One with two queen beds and the other with two sets of bunk beds (double on the bottom and a single on top). The dining room table seats eight and there are stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony with an ocean view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The other two bedrooms have a plush queen bed in each. There is also a queen sleeper sofa on the top level living area for your drop by guests. This home provides ample sleeping space for up to 18 guests. Hulu is provided for guest use. All other streaming services can be accessed with guests own accounts on the six Smart TVs.

Outside, you can enjoy your own private oasis with a sparkling 10x20 kidney-shaped pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip after a long day at the beach. The pool area also features a sundeck, where you can relax and soak up the sun. The pool can be heated in the off-season for an additional $150 per day fee with a minimum of three days (please let us know one week in advance). Take advantage of the outside shower, with both hot and cold water, to rinse off the sand before heading back inside.

With high-speed internet access throughout the home, it’s perfect for staying connected during your stay.

This house offers a wide range of amenities including a second refrigerator, six televisions, plenty of board games and puzzles for family time, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, high-efficiency washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee maker. There's also a gas grill and a propane outdoor boil pot, perfect for cooking up a delicious meal for your family and friends. For those traveling with young children, there's a porta-crib, baby gate and high chair for your little ones. The golf cart outlet is on the left side of the house.

The location of this house is ideal!!! It sits between two beach access points, within a very short walking distance, allowing you to easily access the beach. It’s a quick bike or golf cart ride to the famous OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, surf shops, public park, and all the wonderful OIB restaurants.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
