Welcome to Southern Comfort, a 5-bedroom, 5-bath beach house in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, with a private pool, an elevator, and partial ocean views. It sleeps up to 18 guests and sits on Sea Turtle Path at West 2nd Street, just 100 yards from the beach and approximately two blocks from the pier, shops, and restaurants. Spend your mornings on the sand, your afternoons in the pool, and your evenings watching the sunset from the deck.

House Policies
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Summer (May through August 30): 7-night minimum, Saturday to Saturday
• Off-season: 3-night minimum
• Age: Primary renter must be 25 or older and stay at the house
• No smoking and no pets
• Security camera: One outdoor camera covers the carport, entry stairs, and pool perimeter
• Elevator: Please read the instructions in the house binder before use. Children must be supervised. Damage from misuse may result in a service charge. Because the elevator is mechanical, we can’t guarantee it will run during your entire stay.
