ISLANDER VILLAS - Sandy the Beach - 117 Via Old Sound Blvd Unit F - This spacious third floor, lagoon front condo features four bedrooms and four baths on one level. The first and second bedrooms have a king bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have two full size beds. The kitchen features new appliances. The dining table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis and pickleball courts; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, blender, iron/ironing board, porta crib, baby gate, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides Direct TV Smart TVs provide streaming with guest's own streaming accounts. This condo offers a beautiful ocean view from the deck.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.
