Two bedrooms have a king bed, one has a queen and a double, and the fourth bedroom has two double beds. The dining table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately half a block from the condo as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis/pickleball and basketball courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, five TV's, blender, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, wet bar and secure Wi-Fi.
