ISLANDER VILLAS - Top floor - 126 Via Old Sound Blvd Unit F - This spacious third floor, lagoon front condo features four bedrooms and four baths on one level. The first and second bedrooms have a king bed in each. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Bedroom TVs all have streaming services (instructions in unit).

Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10ths of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, whirlpool tub in master bath, blender and secured Wi-Fi. This condo offers a beautiful ocean view and partial waterway view from the deck.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
