OCEAN POINT - PENTHOUSE IV - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 1101 - This eleventh floor, 2629 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features four bedrooms and four baths on one level. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side; the second bedroom has two double beds,the third has two singles, and the fourth has a queen. The dining table seats ten and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, and secure Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. The extra large, wrap around deck in this unit offers spectacular views of the island.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
