Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, and secure Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. The extra large, wrap around deck in this unit offers spectacular views of the island. This property has keyless entry. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
