Ocean Point 0603 - Weebsco Condo Vacation Rental With Ocean Balcony

OCEAN POINT 603 - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 603 - This sixth floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side, and TV, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The dining table seats seven (Picture shows 4 chairs - will have four chairs and a bench for three), and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board and Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service as well as three Smart TVs which provide streaming service which can be accessed with guest's own accounts.

Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

GOLFCARTS, ELECTRIC BIKES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ELECTRIC MOPEDS AND ELECTRIC HOVERBOARDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OCEAN POINT PROPERTY.
