Wake up each morning to a spectacular, multicolor sunrise over the ocean. Savor breakfast and coffee from a large private balcony with magnificent 180 views of the Atlantic Ocean. Play all day on the wide, sandy beach just an elevator ride away. Splash in the beautiful oceanfront pools. Take a short stroll down to the point at low tide to experience the grand stretch of beach melting into an endless ocean. Then, bring your day to a peaceful close sipping a glass of wine and watching an amazing sunset over the marsh. Be sure to take the kids down to the traffic circle and play in the splash fountain at the new park, enjoy a round of miniature golf, visit the sea life at the museum, take a walk on the pier, and top it off with an ice cream cone or specialty coffee. Dont forget to visit Calabash, The Seafood Capital of the World, just minutes away, to enjoy traditional, fresh seafood.
All three bedrooms have private baths.

This condo sleeps 10 with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom. There's a pull-out sofa in the living room for your drop-by company.

Amenities include: elevators, two pools, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service. Two Smart TVs (one in living room, one in master bedroom) also provide streaming service with guest's own account. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guest use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.
