Wake up each morning to a spectacular, multicolor sunrise over the ocean. Savor breakfast and coffee from a large private balcony with magnificent 180° views of the Atlantic Ocean. Play all day on the wide, sandy beach just an elevator ride away. Splash in the beautiful oceanfront pools. Take a short stroll down to the point at lowtide to experience the grand stretch of beach melting into an endless ocean. Then, bring your day to a peaceful close sipping a glass of wine and watching an amazing sunset over the marsh. Be sure to take the kids down to the traffic circle and play in the splash fountain at the new park, enjoy a round of miniature golf, visit the sealife at the museum, take a walk on the pier, and top it off with an ice cream cone or specialty coffee. Don’t forget to visit Calabash, “the seafood capital of the world,” just minutes away, to enjoy traditional, fresh seafood. Groceries, shopping, and great restaurants are conveniently located on and off the island nearby.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, new cabinets, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The master bath has a spacious tile shower and a double vanity. All three bedrooms have full attached baths with new cabinets and quartz countertops.

This condo sleeps 9 with a queen bed in the master, a queen and a single bed in the second bedroom and a queen and a set of bunk beds in the third bedroom. The three bedrooms have private baths. The bath for the queen/single bedroom has a tub/shower combo. The other two bathrooms have showers only (no tubs). The dining table seats six with three additional stools at the bar.

KEYLESS ENTRY

Amenities include: elevators, two pools, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service. Two Smart TVs also provide streaming service with guest's own account. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guest use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels and washcloths are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL LINENS IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.
