The condo spans two levels with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the main level. One bedroom features two double beds and a TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a single bed with a TV, along with a private half bath (toilet and sink). A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms.Upper Level: A master bedroom featuring a king bed and a TV. A full bath, offering more privacy for the upper level. Access to a large street-side deck with patio furniture and a swing, perfect for relaxation. Amenities: Elevator access, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, and five Smart TVs located in the living area, all bedrooms and the outside balcony. Wi-Fi is available for internet access. A dining table that seats four, and five additional stools at the kitchen bar. The private balcony offers a gorgeous ocean view, while the community area features Hibachi grills and a picnic table near the pool. Other details include keyless entry and a no-smoking, no-pets policy.
