The condo spans two levels with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Main Level: One bedroom with two double beds and a TV. Another bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a TV. There is a bathroom with a toilet and sink in the bedroom with the queen and single. There is a hallway bath with a shower/tub combo. A half bath for convenience. Upper Level: A master bedroom featuring a king bed and a TV. A full bath, offering more privacy for the upper level. Access to a large street-side deck with patio furniture and a swing, perfect for relaxation. Amenities: Elevator access, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing board, and five Smart TVs located in the living area, all bedrooms and the outside balcony. Wi-Fi is available for internet access. A dining table that seats four, and five additional stools at the kitchen bar. The private balcony offers a gorgeous ocean view, while the community area features Hibachi grills and a picnic table near the pool. Other details include keyless entry and a no-smoking, no-pets policy. Parking is limited by Condo Association regulations, disallowing boats, jet skis, trailers, or golf carts in parking spaces.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay.
