One bedroom has a queen bed, and a Smart TV; one bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, and one has a double bed and a single. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. There is also a crib. The dining table seats four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The bathrooms have been remodeled.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven, blender, 3 TVs streaming only and secure Wi-Fi.

This property has keyless entry.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
