OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 1304 - This thirteenth floor, 2105 square foot oceanfront penthouse, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three and a half baths with walk-in showers, on one level. There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side; the second bedroom has a king, and the third has two kings. The two king bedroom has a private balcony and ocean view. There is also one roll away bed in the condo for your "drop by" company. All bedrooms have TV's. The dining table seats eight, and there are six stools in the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, master bedroom has a large walk in shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, and unsecure Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. This penthouse offers extra large decks and spectacular views of the island.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.
