This third floor, mid island condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a King Bed and the other bedroom has a Queen and Bunk Bed.
Amenities include community pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing, or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and microwave oven. This condo does not provide cable service, but there are 2 SMART TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom), for Streaming service with guest's own account. and Secure WiFi. There's a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This complex is located just off Beaufort Street, and is close to the beach access.
Please note, this complex does not have golf cart outlets.
