This third floor, mid island condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a King Bed and the other bedroom has a Queen and Bunk Bed.

Amenities include outdoor pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing, or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. This condo does not provide cable service, but there are 2 SMART TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom), for Streaming service with guest's own account. Secure WiFi. There;s a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This complex is located just off Beaufort Street, and is close to the beach access.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
