This spacious, newly renovated, first floor, second row condo features four bedrooms and four baths on one level.

Two of the bedrooms have a king bed in each; the other two bedrooms have two double beds in each. All bedrooms, as well as living room have Smart TVs for guests to log into their streaming service. The dining table seats six (plus two other chairs available) and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. This condo does not provide cable service. Streaming may be accessed on five Smart TVs with guest's own account. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.

This property has keyless entry.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
