Two bedrooms have a king bed in each and two bedrooms have a queen and a single in each. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10th of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby, elevator, cold water outside shower, central heat and air (lockout bedroom has motel-style A/C), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a TV in two of the bedrooms and one TV in the living room, ceiling fans, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo offers a view of the lagoon, partial ocean views, as well as partial waterway view from its large decks. This condo offers cable service; Streaming may be accessed with guest's own accounts and devices. Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
