Two of the bedrooms have a king bed in each, and TVs; the other two bedrooms have two double beds in each, and these rooms have TVs. The dining table seats six (plus two other chairs available) and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, 50 inch Smart TV, with Netflix, ceiling fans, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, Brookstone Big Media bluetooth speaker and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but there are five Smart TVs (living room and all bedrooms), which provide Streaming with guest's own account. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access and 40 steps to Villas 5 access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views. This condo has an owner provided keyless entry lock. You will be notified of the code on arrival day, as soon as the property is ready.Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
