________________________________________73 Sandpiper Drive is a beautiful sound-front home in the Island Park community, offering sweeping views of the water from every angle. With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread over two levels, its the perfect coastal getaway for families or groups. On the main floor, one bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin, while the other has a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom features a king, and the other has a queen. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and each floor has two full bathrooms for added comfort.The open living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and all the essentials for easy vacation meals. The dining table seats eight, with two extra stools at the kitchen bar. Step outside to the large uncovered porch where you can relax, dine, or sunbathe while enjoying serene views of the marsh and waterway. With the creek on one side and a lagoon on the other, youre surrounded by water in every direction. The private dock offers easy access to the sound (tide dependent), so be sure to check a tide chart during your stay.Additional amenities include central heat and air, a washer and dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, and unsecured Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to two community pools and are just a short walk from beach access. The home features keyless entry for convenience, and a golf cart outlet is located in the carport near the electric meter.Pillows and bedspreads are provided, but guests should bring their own sheets, towels, paper products, and soaps. Two-night stays are available before May 29 and after August 15. Please note: no pets allowed and no smoking permitted.
