SUNSET SANCTUARY - 5 Skimmer Court - This sound side Island Park house features four bedrooms and two and a half baths on two levels.

With a setting like no other, spectacular sunsets are the norm here! (Please see pictures) This coastal cottage sits directly on the sound with unobstructed views of the water from inside and outside the house. You will be amazed at the quiet beauty. The beach is only a 5-minute walk too!

The property has its own private dock to fish, or launch your kayak or paddleboard. The neighborhood has 2 pools and is great for biking and walking.

Downstairs, on the main level, there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There's a hall bath, plus half a bath off the living room. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed which has a trundle that pulls out underneath. This bedroom also has a large, comfortable sitting area; the other bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There's a Jack n Jill style bathroom between the two bedrooms. ALL TELEVISIONS ARE ROKU - STREAMING ONLY to be accessed with guests' login information.

Amenities include access to two community pools, hot and cold water outside shower, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and countertops, high efficiency washer, dryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pools. Catch some sun rays on the wrap-around open porch upstairs, or sit in the shade of the ground level sitting area. Make sure to have your camera ready for some splendid photos of our beautiful island sunsets.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
