Property Description

Located in the Camdenton area, this beautiful Bahama Breeze Home can accommodate the entire family in this expansive estate.

Large Living Room includes a flat screen TV, wireless internet, ceiling fan, a large couch with 4 power recliners, small checkers/chess table and 4 top dining table. Enjoy the screened deck just off the living room with conversation seating and that great lake view!

Kitchen includes double ovens, wet bar with ice maker, microwave, refrigerator and everything you would need to cook for your crew!. There is a 6 top lakeside dining room and a couple of bar stools at the wet bar.

Just off the kitchen is a lakeside bedroom featuring a Queen bed, ceiling fan and small deck. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed with a ceiling fan and Bedroom 3 features a twin over twin bunk with ceiling fan. There is a guest bath in the hallway to accommodate those bedrooms.

Just off the living room are the stairs going down to the Family Room. Family Room is lakeside with small deck and features a TV and small cabinet with a micro refrigerator and microwave. Also downstairs features a Queen bedroom with TV and ceiling fan with access to a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 5 features a Queen bed, jetted tub and private water closet.

Just outside off of the downstairs Queen bedroom is the Guest House. One lakeside room features a Full sized bed and the washer & dryer. Please note that there is not a bathroom in the Guest House.

Outside on the lower level is an expansive deck that features deck furniture great for sunning! Stroll through the garden down to the water front along the lake. This area DOES NOT have railing and would not be suitable for small children. The dock features a 12 x 28 boat slip with swim platform. Lots of room to tie up an extra boat or other water toy.

Upper parking area features a 2 car garage and parking for an additional 2 cars or boat trailer. Boat launching is located at the Larry Gale Access.
