OUR OCEAN FRONT BEACH HOUSE DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY RENTAL PLANS OR PROGRAMS. (WE ARE NOT A RENTAL.) THE BEACH HOUSE IS A MAJOR PART OF OUR MINISTRY (GOD'S ACTIVE PEOPLE). EVERYONE IS CONSIDERED A GUEST. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND DONATIONS (TAX DEDUCTIBLE) ALLOW US TO KEEP THE MINISTRY AND HOUSE GOING FOR ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. WE WELCOME YOU TO SEND YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO BE A GUEST WITH US AT THE BEACH.
We invite you to be a guest at this Ocean Front House, which is all "Decked Out" and a gorgeous Oceanfront House with aprox. 2000 sf Redwood decks. We are oceanfront except for a small one way dirt street. The city walk over is at the corner of our property. The Beach House sleeps 18 with 9bd/6ba. There is a king, 5 queens, 2 full, and 2 twin bedrooms. There are convertible beds available. There are large well equipped kitchens and laundry rooms. There are 2 decks which are ocean front,and 3 decks which have a great ocean view. The house has linens supplied and all dishes, pots/pans, etc. It is located on the North end of Amelia Island where the Beach is not crowded, but your access to all amenities of the Island is easily accessible. The Island has numerous shops, grocery stores, restaurants and fast food places that would meet anyone's needs.
Families have a great time here. It is a beautiful gathering place
for weddings, anniversaries,
birthdays, church groups, as well as accommodations for family
reunions.
How to Secure your Guest Date:
It is $4887 to secure your guest date at this Ocean Front House each
week; and you must mail a check or money order for half (which is
$2443.50).

Property Activities
Amelia Island is a Vacationers Dream!
There are 3 public golf courses and a public tennis court. There is
a recreation center that has a new olympic size pool within 10
blocks of this house. The Main Beach Park is within 7 blocks
to the south of the house with a childrens park, putt-putt golf,
restaurant. North Beach Park is within 4 blocks and the Fort Clinch
Fishing Pier is within walking distance. Fort Clinch is a State
Civil War Park which has full dress re-enactments the first of each
month. The Island has many shops and abundance of restaurants for
every price range. Centre Street in downtown Fernandina is
especially interesting with many gift shops and is about 2 miles
from the house.
