Experience this unusual artist's home where you can enjoy exhilarating outdoor activities or the serenity of watching sunsets from the roof deck or relaxing in the hot tub. Dock your boat behind the house. The 70 foot dock is on a deep water canal that leads to Snake Creek, where you can access Florida Bay or the Atlantic.
Tropical landscaping includes various native palms and colorful bougainvillea. Pick fresh fruit from the orange, grapefruit, tangerine, lime or keylime trees. Fresh herbs: rosemary, parsley, basil, and dill are waiting to be picked in the garden.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The living room has 20 foot ceilings. The entertainment center includes: cable TV, VCR, stereo, and CD player. Large glass windows and doors provide spectacular views. Dine and cook on the outdoor patio. The home is centrally air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped efficiency apartment with a delightful breezeway patio.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave , and icemaker. It is ready for you to prepare those fish that did not get away.
Additional Rate Information
Rates are based on minimum two week stay and do not include vacation rental tax of 11.5%, long distance phone calls or utilities.
A $2000.00 deposit for a monthly rental or a $1000.00 deposit for a weekly rental is required at the time the reservation is made. The rental fee is due six weeks before the reservation date. The security deposit will be returned after house is vacated, inspected, and the utility and phone bills are paid.
