2 bedroom pine cottage with deck, screen porch, yard and beachfront. Southern exposure views of Amersand Mt. across Kiwassa Lake. Spacious yard with charcoal BBQ, picnic table, waterside fire-pit, dock, beach and canoe. Sandy bottom great for wading or swimming. Located 3.5 miles from Village on half mile private road thru forest.
Easy access to town but a world away. Connect to miles of pristine waterways. 2 sets of locks take you thru Lower Saranac Lake or Middle Saranac Lake or just head to Lake Flower for an evening ice cream cone.
Canoe, BBQ, linens, garbage, wood and drinking water included in weekly rate.
